Currently we have girls that are in Xcel (both competing and non-competing). We also have girls that compete from Level 3 and up. Please see Donna for information about joining one of our teams.

Information about our teams is available here. You will also find the team practice days and times. The signed contract (2018-19 Contract TEAM or 2018-19 Contract PRE TEAM) can be dropped off at the gym and given to our team parent or a coach.

*Many meets give shirts, shorts, or leotards. You provided sizing on your USAG form. I will use those sizes when I complete registration.

*I will send meet fee reminders. We requested that you have a credit card on file for meet fees. If you do NOT want your gymnast to compete in a meet, you must let Resa and me know before the fee due date. Otherwise your card will be run for the meet fee on that date.

*If you did not sign up for auto draft for meet fees, you are responsible to write a check and turn it in by the due date. Put it in an envelope in the black meet fee box. We have 80+ gymnasts on the competition teams, I cannot email you individually to check to see if your gymnast plans to compete.

*NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please make note of the dates above. Although I have already contacted meet directors to hold places, if I find out meets are filling up, we may need to change the date money is due. I will e-mail changes.

*Refunds are not guaranteed. Host gyms have a strict date by which they will refund money, even for doctor excused injuries. Let Kristie Vota know ASAP. Please do not contact the host gym yourself. All American can get fined or asked not to attend the meet if individual parents make contact.

*You may check the host gym’s website for the meet schedule & additional information. Please do not contact the host gym regarding scheduling. As soon as a schedule is sent to me, I forward to you. Sometimes info is on the website before I receive it from the meet director.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does my child need to remember preparing for a meet?
Remember no undies, one pair of stud earrings, no polish on toes or nails, hair has to be pulled back, no temporary tattoos, and flesh colored Band-Aids only, no hair ties left on wrists – points are taken off of scores for not following these rules. Also pack your music and grips (if needed), a snack, a water bottle, something to do quietly if you have to wait, extra hair ties, and your smile and good attitude.

What do I need to bring with me to a meet?
Water bottle, money for entrance fees (if needed), snacks, and vendors, camera or video camera, and something to read while you wait. Oh yeah, a supporting attitude too!

Can I go on behind the ropes to encourage my child or if she seems to need medical attention?
Your child and the team could be disqualified if anyone not authorized goes on to the floor or behind the ropes. Cheer her and the team along from the stands! If a coach feels you are needed, one of them will get permission from an official and you will be escorted to your child. This is for the safety of all participates, coaches, and judges.
