Ages: 5 - 12 (Children are split up by age and ability in groups of no more than 8.)

Evaluation is required to be placed in this class.

To learn a proper form to master cartwheel, handstand, round-off, front and back limber, bridge kick-

over, and to perfect skills to execute back handspring. The two-hour class allows for time to

strengthen and condition. This class is more advanced than the intermediate class.

Children will also experience vault, bars, beam, tumble track, and in-ground trampoline.

Class Length: 2 hours
